Changeovers

Your property will be cleaned on your selected changeover day.  It is one of the fundamental parts of letting your property that your guests arrive to a fresh, clean, home from home.

Property checks will be carried out at every changeover for damage and an itinerary checked.

Refresh Cleans

If your property is vacant for a week or more mid season, we will visit the property, carry out visual checks, remove any settled dust and check lights, boilers and appliances are functioning correctly.

Linen Hire/ Laundering

We can advise you on any aspect of linen for your guests' stay, whether you hire it or supply your own.  We will check all Linen for stains and damage prior to it being used at your property.

How your house is dressed will have an impact on those staying at your property.   

Management

Your property is a valuable asset.  At First Impressions we are dedicated to Our Clients.  Our management packages can be tailored to suit your needs. 

We can be on call for your guests' , arrange gardeners, window cleaners and any tradesman that you should need in an emergency or non urgent matter.

Additionally we can assist you with annual PAT testing, Fire Safety Checks, Risk Assessments and much, much more.

Property Checks

We will check your home for any problems, be it vandalism, rodents, damp, alarm/fire systems, boliers/oil tanks, pipes & drains or simply removing your mail.

Your insurance policy may be invalid if your property is not checked and you want to make a claim.

Spring Cleaning

Spring cleaning is advised after a busy season to thoroughly clean and prepare your property for your next season. 

This will prolong and preserve the contents of your home and keep it looking immaculate for your guests'.

Storm Checks

After a bout of unfavourable weather we can check your property and advise you if adverse weather conditions have effected your property.  We will liase with you to ensure that in the unfortunate event, damage has been caused, we get it rectified as soon as possible.
