New Builds

If you are building a house from scratch or need demolition of an existing house to start your new project we can manage your build from start to finish.  We can liaise with both yourself and  your architect to ensure the build runs smoothly.  We can assist you with plumbers and electricians if you haven't already soursed them yourselves.

With regard to materials, we have accounts with a vast array of builders merchants, kitchen and bathroom suplliers, window suplliers etc and can advise you accordingly.

Extentions

Building an extention?  We can help right from the off.  If you need help finding an architect or already have one in mind...

Our local knowledge could proove useful when submitting an application.  Once approved we can manage your project from start to finish.

Renovations

If you are planning on revamping your property we can assist you both internally and externally.  From fitting a new kitchen or bathroom to converting a garage to a much needed extra room, or maybe you want to open up your property and make it more open planned... whatever your needs... we can make it happen with the least disruption possible.
